A computer based assessment platform with adaptive tests and final examinations

The Danish Ministry of Children and Education has developed a computer based assessment platform for adaptive tests and final examinations to be used in primary and lower secondary education.

The assessment platform is made up by two separate assessments:

  1. National tests which are computerbased adaptive tests for students.
  2. Final examinations which are linear tests administered at the conclusion of form level 9.

It has yet to be decided whether the tender will be called for the development of a completely new platform or for a further development of the existing platform. For both options the tender will include the operation of the platform as well as the (further) development. The tender is expected to be called for in 2012.

A prior information notice is published in the Officiel Journal of the European Union.
